The name Bradley Ogden might not carry as much clout
around here as the names Wolfgang Puck or Joachim Splichal, but head to San
Francisco and the tables quickly turn.
The chef-owner of several top Bay Area restaurants,
Ogden has turned his attention to San Diego with one of the finest
restaurants to open there in the past few years. But it isn't Ogden who is
wowing the community with fabulous wine-country-inspired cooking; it is Carl
Schroeder.
And In genuine Ogden fashion, Schroeder wasted no time
getting acquainted with San Diego County's organic farmers and artisan food
purveyors, who provide him with extraordinary raw ingredients.
