Reservations
Reservations can be made up to one year in advance
Reservations can be put on hold only with the events coordinator
Reservations are not finalized until a signed contract is received by Events Coordinator
Reservations can be made with Events Coordinator 858.369.6055

Payments
Payment is due in full at conclusion of the even
Any adjustments to the menu after the receipt is received will be reflected in the final bill; food and beverage availability are subject to change.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be received 3 business days in advance or the group will be charged for the guaranteed amount  of guests at the price of the menu package selected; all charges will be charged to the credit card on file.

Event Service
All menu items are subject to change without notice
Menu packages are representations of actual items being served on the date of the event
Vegetarian and other dietary needs are available, if given in advance
Full Bar and North American wine list available
All Food and Beverage are exclusive of 22% gratuity and 7.75% sales tax

Additional Services and Fees
Special Occasion cakes are available and made on premises for $7.50 a person or outside vendor cakes are welcome for a fee of $5 a guest
Corkage fee is $25 per bottle
Private bar with bartender available for $150
Balloons are available for special occasions at $40 a dozen
Outside decor, flowers and displays are welcome with approval of events coordinator
Valet Parking and Self Parking discounted with validation
Due to liability, Arterra is not liable for lost or stolen items left on property
