STEAK SALAD

4-6 each 6oz New York Strip Loin
2 ea Hearts of Romaine - cut thin crosswise
2 ea Avocado, Tomato - diced
1/4 ea Cucumber - diced
1 cup Ranch Dressing
2 tbsp Crumbled Blue Cheese

PREPARATION
Grill Steak to desired temperature
Combine salad ingredients with 1/2 cup dressing
Season to taste with salt and pepper
Divide salad onto 4 plates
Slice steak and lay across salad
Top with remaining dressing, Garnish with onion rings






ONION RINGS

1ea Yellow Onion, sliced thin
1/2 cup AP Flour
1 tsp Paprika and Old Bay, Pinch Cayenne
1 cup Buttermilk
4 cups Vegetable oil -for frying

PREPARATION
Preheat oil to 350 degrees
Combine all dry ingredients
Soak onion rings in buttermilk
Dredge in flour mixture to coat - shaking off excess
Fry until golden brown - 3-4 minutes
Drain on paper towel in warm place
